(Cooper and Ray Rd) was a good idea at 12:00pm. I was working on something and he slipped out the door without me noticing and luckily he has short legs and hates the heat, he did not go too far. He just went far enough to put a panic in me and Angela Basset for about 30min while he was missing.
He end up a. Lock down at a neighborhood home, where she took him in watered him down, and feed him. She contacted animal control (Stephany Gallegos) and I happen to see the animal control truck and figured it might have been him. Sure enough Stephany was walking out with Lt Dan.
In my relief and excitement I forgot the neighbors name but do remember where she lives. I will be forever thankful for her and Stephany and their kindness and helping Lt Dan back to me.
Always chip your pet, you never know when they might just sneak away.
